
Jake graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University with his BSE in Civil Engineering and was a member of the Engineering Honor Society, Chi Epsilon. After his work on the historic Eagle P3 transit project in Denver, Jake moved back to his native Arizona and the Verde Valley to raise his family and start his own structural engineering firm. He has been the Engineer of Record on numerous multimillion-dollar custom homes throughout Sedona and northern Arizona and has been responsible for coordinating with architects, contractors, homeowners and government entities.
After a successful career in engineering, he turned his attention to the world of finance and financial planning. He brings that same devotion and attention to detail to his work with his clients, planning for financial prosperity and estate planning for their future needs. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Jake has volunteered at the Verde Valley Medical Center and served as a Commissioner on the Historic Preservation Committee for the town of Cottonwood.
Jake and his wife Sarah and have two rambunctious boys, David and Thomas. Jake enjoys reading and being outside, playing with his children, swimming, kayaking, hiking, and gardening.
