Chris has been the firm’s Director of Operations since 2012. He grew up in Minnesota before moving to Indiana for high school and college. After graduating from Butler University and interning as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Indiana Pacers and the Alabama Football team, he spent two years coaching as a graduate assistant at Northern Arizona University (NAU). During this time, he and Mary met at the local climbing gym. Soon after graduating with his master’s degree from NAU, he and Mary were married and together decided that staying in Northern Arizona would lead to a better quality of life than the rigorous schedule the world of professional athletics demanded. Chris and Mary currently live and play with their beautiful children in Flagstaff.
