Healthy Habits: Body & Mind 5:30PM Session
It is February, which means you may have dropped your New Year's resolutions by now. It is a tough year for building habits, especially with working out. Paragon Athletics, a local gym in Flagstaff, will be offering 2 sessions (1PM & 5:30PM) on Thursday, Feb. 25th to teach our clients about some mobility exercises to incorporate into our exercise routine. They also have some observations to share about building exercise habits during quarantine. This will be appropriate for any level and any age with the main focus being strength and mobility. No equipment is needed. As the saying goes, the best workout is the one you do. Let's strengthen our mind & bodies in 2021!
